Ramaswamy also said he would end sanctions to bring Russia back into the global market and as a result, “elevate Russia as a strategic check on China’s designs in East Asia.”
This is naive, at best. Russia is not going to play the part of "a strategic check on China's designs in East Asia" - first, because it doesn't want to and second, because it doesn't have the ability to do so.
Vivek sounds like what he is - a successful and very intelligent business man. He has a lot of good ideas on the domestic front, I have no quarrel with any candidate who is opposed to pouring our tax dollars into Ukraine, and I'm glad he's on our side. But his ideas about positioning Russia to suit our needs are not realistic.

Marc Theissen is a speechwriter. He supported the wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Ukraine proxy war against Russia. His track record is a losing record.
Why should we pay attention to the self important but usually wrong Marc Thiessen?

Thiessen is a former GW Bush speech writer and GOPe all the way.
About Ramaswamy and his foreign policy comments, at this time, I'm undecided.

Pharmaphony’s proposal is completely idiotic. “Ask Russia to end it’s partnership with China.” As if they’d ever agree to that. Even if they did, you could never trust it. What a boneheaded idea.

Washington Post columnist Marc Thiessen railed against Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy’s foreign policy proposals
Marc Thiessen is super crazy neocon, and helped forge the Russian/Chinese military alliance to begin with. This video is only for those with strong stomachs:

I’m liking him more and more. Has all the right enemies.
Next thing you know, Nicky Wallace will send a mean tweet about him!

“accept Russian control of the occupied territories and to block Ukraine’s NATO candidacy, “
Those two things will happen eventually with or without him.

Look people. Vivek needs the attention. This is the way to do it. Say all the right things to raise eyebrows. Candidate Vivek can support any issue but President Vivek would not say some of those things.

Thiessen is a deep state hack. Vivek misses the mark on some of this but doing what Linda Graham wants has been a disaster. The dollar is fading because of imbeciles like him

How come it is “completely ridiculous” for the USA to believe that Russia would end its partnership with China, but that Russia should believe that Ukraine won’t pair up with NATO ?

So you’re al in for Ramalamadingdong? Another out of nowhere like Bama and another billionaire with no political experience who barely bothered to vote? Yeah let’s do that again.

I’d definitely hire Vivek if I were running a pyramid scheme for a “miracle” derived nutritional supplement or skin cream.
