The Biden administration on Monday announced an additional $2.5 billion in climate resilience funds for the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).
The funds include $1.8 billion through the Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) competitive grant program and another $642 million through the Flood Mitigation Assistance program. The Department of Homeland Security earlier in May announced $160 million in funds for the two programs.

We had extreme weather here in Central Texas, until yesterday. Now the yearly cool front rolled through and the 104+ weather is history. Forecast does not call for a single day of 98+ for the next 10 days.
We call this early fall.
No it’s prep for declaring a climate emergency.

Begging for more taxpayer dollars while feuling fear
For years, we’ve heard all this “resiliency” and “sustainability” crap soaking up tens or hundreds of billions of dollar. But there are NEVER any specifics on where the money is going, where it was spent, or any audits of whether it was spent wisely or usefully.
The only thing one can conclude is that it goes to 1) lining union pockets with no-show and no-work jobs and 2) to Democrat politician graft and corruption.

Same here in North Idaho. We had a string of high 90s a couple weeks ago. Now it’s high 80s and low 90s with a couple of days coming up with a high of 72.
Freaking idiots! Fall is coming like it does every single year. 23.5 degrees tilt has not changed one bit.
Our typical summer weather change in Central Texas is usually on Labor Day. It sometimes rains and breaks the summer heat dome. This year was hotter than some, but the weather broke 1 week early. Nothing Abby-normal here!!
