Kyle Rittenhouse is facing a lawsuit from the estate of one of the men he shot in self-defense.
The lawsuit was timely filed on the third anniversary of the death of 36-year-old Joseph Rosenbaum Friday. Rittenhouse was acquitted of all criminal charges surrounding the incident a year later
Rosenbaum's estate is also targeting the City of Kenosha, its officials, the City of West Allis, six local Sheriff’s departments, and two police departments for “compensatory and punitive damages” over what it refers to as Rosenbaum's “wrongful death.” During Rittenhouse's trial, witnesses confirmed that Rosenbaum reached for Rittenhouse's gun during the Black Lives Matter protest the two were present at.
"I’m being sued again for defending my life," Rittenhouse posted on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Maybe they need a reminder that chasing someone through the street while threatening to kill them, and then trying to wrestle their gun from them has consequences.

Rosenbaum was also a chronic troublemaker and violent. I don’t think it was admissible in Rittenhouse’s criminal trial but Rosenbaum’s prison record in Arizona shows numerous incidents of breaking of rules and altercations with guards.
Just being the other side of this story.
Ill go with kyle killed in self defense. theres a difference between that and whatever the goldmans won their case on.

When one priest came to visit (”console”?) them, he was an emissary of the Kennedy Crime Family and passed on an offer they couldn’t refuse, i.e., STFU and you get to live. Also $$$.
I worked near Wilkes-Barre, PA, in ‘68 - ‘71. Some of my co-workers had gone to school with MJK. Also, W-B is a small town at heart and everybody knew everybody else. It seemed to be common knowledge. Perhaps it was rumor, but it was consistent.

Kyle should shoot them as well. That would send the correct message.

There’s a very good reason for all those attorney jokes out there. Like the one “What’s tragic about a plane-full of lawyers crashing into the Pacific? An empty seat”.
The molested children should sue the estate.
