I guess you know zero about the 14th Amendment and you trust some piece of chit lifer government employee to do his job. You and I are the boss of these scumbags. The people of NH are the boss of this scumbag. It’s our job to keep these pieces of chit on the straight and narrow. He shouldn’t even be questioning the 14a. It has zero to do with Trump. Exactly how gullible are you to believe in one iota that Trump is accused?
Since he controls the elections in NH he must abide by both state and federal/constititional law. There is some ambiguity and he’s looking for legal guideance. As he should.
Section 5, the closing of the 14th Amendment:
“The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.”
Oh.
Congress, not Scotus, not the states were to enforce the 14th. But, such limitations on our judicial masters went out the window long ago.
