Because he was indicted by Fulton County for an alleged crime. You do not have to live in a jurisdiction to be charged with a crime there.
“Because he was indicted by Fulton County for an alleged crime.”
So that’s how the County gets ham sandwiches delivered for lunch?
If I put up a post on FR that Fanny doesn’t like, I have to go to Atlanta?
I don’t think so.

I’m not a lawyer. In fact, I have no legal training at all. However, I have watched thousands of hours of television. So based on that, and what I want to be true, I have to say you’re wrong. Not only should you not be able to be charged for a crime in a state where you don’t live, my legal opinion is that you can’t even be charged for a crime in one precinct of a city if you live in a different precinct.
I’m pretty sure that’s in the constitution. I’m not a constitutional scholar either.
