The alleged crime - illegally attempting to overturn an election - allegedly took place in Fulton County.
Trump and his lawyers tried to get Kemp and Raffenberger to look into some election irregularities, with the hope of finding enough illegal ballots to prove Trump won GA.
The indictments are calling that a crime - saying Team Trump knew Biden won fair and square, and were trying to get them to cheat in Trump’s favor.
Of course, we know it was the Democrats who stole the election, and Trump was just trying to expose their cheating.
