Target Just Lowered Its Outlook. Is It Time to Sell the Stock? (Target stock dropped below its support low)

Target (NYSE: TGT) missed the mark in its mid-August earnings report. The retailer announced surprisingly weak sales for the second quarter and reduced its revenue outlook for 2023 thanks to soft demand in a few big areas.

There were some bright spots in the report, to be sure. And Target isn't the only company that is seeing sluggish demand for consumer discretionary products right now.

Target's previous low was $126.48 on June 12th.

It's now at about $123.46

Chart buyers and sellers will begin to sell off their shares and the price will go lower and lower.

Price was at $169 in April. That's a 27% drop.

Sell it? Who bought it anyway? I quit shopping there years ago when they opened restrooms to mentally ill perverts. My few ‘forced’ visits only confirmed reasons to skip. I definitely dont own stock in companies i disagree with, why would anyone. No profit anyway.
