DeSantis should apologize publicly to Trump and all MAGA supporters for calling them “Listless Vessels”. That’d be a start. Yes. Originally, I liked DeSantis, but he's pretty much ruined his chances of ever becoming president. He should withdraw and support Trump to have any future chance.

That's expected to happen when he made the biggest, dumbest political mistake of his life when he decided to go up against the most popular, respected president in modern American history. This is seriously NOT someone you want calling the shots.

DeSantis will finish his governorship and run for senate after Scott retires. As an elderly senator, Scott only has one term left. DeSantis can be a senator for awhile and run for president later. He’s got a future because he has time unlike others who are at the tail end of life:
