A Guatemalan migrant has been nabbed and charged with sexually assaulting and fatally strangling an 11-year-old Texas girl, then stuffing her body in a laundry bag under her bed.
Juan Carlos Garcia Rodriguez, 18, was on the lam for nearly a week after the horrific Aug 12 assault of little Maria Gonzalez in Pasadena before cops caught up with him in Louisiana on Saturday and he confessed, KHOU-TV reported.
Rodriguez — who crossed the US border with Mexico in January, self-surrendered to authorities and was then cut loose again — was charged with capital murder and is awaiting extradition back to Texas.
He lived in the same apartment complex as Maria and her family outside Houston — and was tied to her brutal slaying after accidentally dropping his apartment key in their home after the crime, officials have said.
The body of his young victim was found by her father, Carmelo Gonzalez, in the bag under her bed at their home, authorities have said.

Maybe he’ll get Tommy Lynn Sells’ old cell. Tommy Lynn was executed in Texas 2014. He killed at least 22, mostly women. At least nine of his victims were under the age of 15, several were small children. One was four; she was murdered with her mother.
Among many horrible serial murderers, he was one of the worst. He broke in to one child’s bedroom and kidnapped her, after attacking her 10-year-old friend who was sleeping over at her trailer. He tried to kill the friend by slashing her throat. She survived to testify against him at his trial.
He may have murdered as many as 50 people.
Execute him and string him up at the border crossing as a warning sign to others.
We need to seal the border by finishing the wall, put the military on the border, and bring back Operation Wetback.

That depends on the jurisdiction and the race of the perpetrator. In California an illegal alien might be charged with a misdemeanor for killing and raping a child. Whereas a white shop owner who tried to remove said illegal alien from squatting on his property might be charged with a felony.
I sincerely hope, when Brandon meets his Maker, he is held responsible for this and every other death due to his open borders. A few trillion years experiencing their suffering should do it.
I just keep thinking about her father frantically searching for her & then finding her body under her bed. The absolute horror & heartbreak. He will never recover.
