To make this stick, they need to send him to ADX Florence and get the RNC to nominate someone else - which is exactly what they are going to do.
I’m not denying they can wrongly convict him - they can. No proof is needed to convict in a kangaroo court.
I’m just saying that publicly doubling down on his claims of 2020 election fraud is not stupid - as the article suggests - it is his best defense.
