“Ok, you want to “stand up for America”.
Good.
What’s your game plan, what does winning look like, and how do you plan to get there?”
Sorry that the phrase “Stand up for America” offends you but that is you problem.
I took three oaths in my life that had me swear to defend my country against all enemies foreign and domestic.
That means stand up and fight for America with no expiration date.
The game plan is to make some court aside from the Wisconsin Supreme Court listen to the mountain of evidence and THEN decide what actually happened.
Here’s a hint, try watching some Cold Case shows. Maybe you will see my point.
Nevertheless, I guess we will never agree. I want to fight for my country and my family’s future until I win or am dead. You want to watch people like me and see what’s in it for you.
Excellent post, FRiend.
Wishing I were younger . . .
There is no court with the authority to do what you want done.
That’s because there’s no “Presidential election” in the Constitution.
Presidents are elected by 538 voters who meet in State capitals the second Monday in December. Those voters are appointed by their State Legislatures, which are the bodies with exclusive power over that process.
On December 14, 2020 306 of them voted for Biden and he was elected.
I don’t think state courts have power over legislatures for this. I’m SURE Federal courts don’t - that was the whole point of taking the appointment of Presidents away from Congress and the Executive in the first place.
Your arguments don’t lead anywhere.
