Trump did indeed let Hillary off the hook as he recently said they were friends again. In my opinion that is inexcusable on Trump’s part and will not be getting my vote.
I was all DeSantis..until Trump was indicted. Now is the time for everyone else to bow out and unite behind Trump. To do otherwise is tantamount to allow the corrupt deep state a victory.
Trump could have made Hillarys life a living hell for 4 years and drained her bank account on legal fees against all manner of charges. Bet he wishes he did so now.
DeSanctus is being funded by and is beholden to the Uni-party establishment. No thanks. I’ll take Trump, except Trump’s not allowed back in. So I guess we’ll end up staying home and let the Marxist revolution continue. POS Ron DeSanctus should have gotten out and backed Trump. He would then have had carte blanche in 2028.
We all must defend Trump now, while in my case, I remain uncommitted as to who I am voting for in 24.
I do want a choice. But for now, all that matters is having Trump’s back against this witch hunt.

So, you can’t defend Trump and also support DeSantis? Two separate issues. 1. Defend Trump against persecution? YES. 2. Want DeSantis in White House in 2024? YES.

Trump continuously campaigned he was going to “lock her up” in 2016......then when asked about it once elected he stated “yeah that sounds good on the campaign trail but we’re not going to do that”.
Not to mention he gave Fauci and Birx Presidential Commendations for their terrific work during covid.
The Deep State wants Trump to win the primary. The result would be him losing the general and he would be gone, possibly even in prison. Desantis can fight the Deep State more effectively and has a better chance of winning the general where he can clean house better than Trump.
If only excuses... Give it up, there is no ‘you must wait your turn’ in politics. If there was, Trump had his in 2020 and lost (yes, by a steal but he didn’t hire good attorneys, didn’t pay for recounts, etc.)

Your logic is flawed, it assumes the Deep State has enough control/influence to make Trump lose the general but not enough to make DeSantis lose.
That makes no sense, they would just make the current democrat win and could care less who the republican is in your speculation.
Either both could win or neither can win, voting for the “most electable” is a formula for losing and a refuge of those lacking a strong argument for their views.
