The Hawaiian Government should not give Joe landing clearance in Honolulu. There should have been several C5As, C141s and C17s loaded with 1000 National Guardsmen and Tons of food and water on way to Hawaii the moment that fire was out of control, plus amphibs to move food and water to the coast line of Maui in place immediately.
