Fani Willis, the Fulton County, Georgia, District Attorney, is seemingly intent upon being the next Alvin Bragg, as she busily puts together an indictment based on questionable facts, currently mysterious legal theories, and, most importantly, leaks to the media. It’s the last that concerns us today because CNN is very excited: On January 7, the outlet strongly imply, Donald Trump’s team, everyone from Rudy Guiliani to Sidney Powell, hacked into, or oversaw someone else hacking into, the Coffee County election software. Except that, according to CNN itself, that’s not what happened.
The story has a scream headline: “Exclusive: Georgia prosecutors have messages showing Trump’s team is behind voting system breach.” It’s followed by an equally powerful opening paragraph that makes it clear that, when it comes to Trump, Atlanta’s hard-left political machine is going to bring him down:
Atlanta-area prosecutors investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in Georgia are in possession of text messages and emails directly connecting members of Donald Trump’s legal team to the early January 2021 voting system breach in Coffee County, sources tell CNN.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is expected to seek charges against more than a dozen individuals when her team presents its case before a grand jury next week. Several individuals involved in voting systems breach in Coffee County are among those who may face charges in the sprawling criminal probe.
Investigators in the Georgia criminal probe have long suspected the breach was not an organic effort sprung from sympathetic Trump supporters in rural and heavily Republican Coffee County – a county Trump won by nearly 70% of the vote. They have gathered evidence indicating it was top-down push by Trump’s team to access sensitive voting software, according to people familiar with the situation.

Six days before pro-Trump operatives gained unauthorized access to voting systems, the local elections official who allegedly helped facilitate the breach sent a “written invitation” to attorneys working for Trump, according to text messages obtained by CNN.In other words, if there was a hack, according to CNN’s own reporting on the known facts, there’s no evidence that Trump people either did it or authorized it. Instead, an election official, aware of their concerns, invited them to examine the system.
Investigators have scrutinized the actions of various individuals who were involved, including Misty Hampton, a former Coffee County elections official who authored the letter of invitation referenced in text messages and other documents that have been turned over to prosecutors, multiple sources told CNN.
If he did, then why didn’t he get the majority of votes?
Or that signature verification requires that had existed in previous elections was waivered and/or weakened.
Not to mention that the MSM has said over and over that there was zero hacking of voting systems, and that anyone who said otherwise is a conspiracy theorist and a nutcase.
The media’s job right now is to poison any perspective jury!
So judges want to gag Trump to prevent jury tampering, but prosecutors are running and screaming to the MSM even before charges are filed… 🧐🧐🧐

I stopped reading after “CNN claim.”
If CNN claimed that the sky is blue, I would begin to doubt.

Some “family” traditions are different from others.
Some are more equal than others.
The more I read into this, the more I think this might have been like J6 - a trap!
The Coffee County elections official “invited” the Trump team to look into their concerns, using their machines...now the Georgia State officials may say the county personnel did not have the authority to allow this to take place, but that is not on Trump or his team - the State needs to investigate/arrest the county officials for breaking state election laws.
Instead, they are giving the county election officials immunity for testifying against Trump...for laws, the county election officials seem to have broken!?!
The facts:
Fani WIllis is indicting Trump to obscure the truth.
The magic words: "Ruby Freeman and Shaya Moss" ( protected by the MSM spin and law suits initiated by the Dem Party)
This truth would come out at discovery if there is a trial. President Trump welcomes the indictments.

"Arguably the most flagrant example of possible fake ballot manufacturing on behalf of Joe Biden may have occurred at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The possible perpetrators were caught in flagrante delicto on surveillance video.
In one version of this story, poll watchers and observers as well as the media were asked to leave in the middle of the night after a suspicious water leak. Once the room was cleared, several election officials pulled out large boxes of ballots from underneath a drapedtable. They then proceeded to tabulate a quantity of fake manufactured ballots estimated to be in the range of tens of thousands.
17
Note that a large surge in Biden votes following the tabulation of these ballots can be clearly observed after these votes were processed.
18
Despite what appears to be damning evidence of a possible crime, a spate of stories appeared across the anti-Trump media diaspora dismissing any concerns. According to these whitewash stories, these were regular and authorized ballot boxes, observers in the media were not asked to leave but simply left on their own, and it is perfectly acceptable to count ballots in the absence of observers.
19
Or so the spin goes.Of course, this is precisely the kind of incident that should be fully investigated both by Georgia’s Attorney General as well as by the Federal Department of Justice. Yet it remains unclear as to whether such investigations are underway. Meanwhile, the videotape itself, absent an adequate explanation, has contributed to the current climate of skepticism surrounding the fairness and integrity of the election........"
