Fulton County prosecutors will present text messages and emails to the grand jury connecting Trump’s lawyers to a ‘voting system breach’ in Coffee County, according to a leak to CNN.
Georgia prosecutors are preparing sprawling racketeering charges against Trump over his effort to challenge the 2020 election in Georgia.
Fani Willis based her investigation on President Trump’s call with Georgia officials that was later doctored and leaked to the fake news outlet Washington Post. The WaPo published a completely fraudulent text of the call.

Recall, The Guardian recently reported Fani Willis will pursue the indictment on statutes related to “influencing witnesses and computer trespass.”
The exact evidence is unclear, however, the computer trespass charge is related to efforts to access and examine the Dominion Voting Systems machines in Coffee County.
The ‘influencing witness’ charge may be related to Trump’s phone call with Brad Raffensperger.
Since Coffee County is outside of Fani Willis’s jurisdiction, the racketeering statute allows her to cast a wider net.
So now examining the voting machines is a crime.
According to CNN, Rudy Giuliani, Sidney Powell, Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton, former NYPD Police Commissioner Bernie Kerik, attorney Katherine Friess and other employees from Sullivan Strickler, a law firm hired by Trump to examine the voting machines, are all targets of prosecutors.
Freiss reportedly sent a “Letter of invitation to Coffee County, Georgia” to Bernie Kerik and others to examine the voting machines.
Coffee County elections official Misty Hampton is now a target because she warned the voting machines could be “very easily” manipulated to flip votes.
Fani Willis is going to charge Trump along with MULTIPLE defendants with her indictments this week.
Willis will seek more than a dozen indictments against Trump and people in his orbit.

You would be wrong on the need for a court order and I never suggested secrecy and no one being able to see the machines, I did say you need a court order.
One poster on FR pointed out the Republican Poll Watchers were kicked out of the counting process, which should be a legal battle to make sure that never happens again, poll watchers from both parties are there to eliminate problems like this one.
It’s simply not feasible to allow anyone at any time to examine voting machines, unless you have a court order.
The issue of electronic voting machines is a big shiny object meant to distract everyone from far more important issues.
Just today on FR, we had someone post that Dana Nessel from Michigan admitted 8000-10000 fraudulent ballots were sent to a single county.
Tell me exactly, those 8000-10000 ballots are going to get counted and no judge in the country will void them, if you count them all by hand or with a machine, the results will be the same, the ballots were fraudulent to begin with. How would hand counting fix this issue.
What Republicans should be doing is finding out if those ballots are still on the voter rolls and if this type of thing is happening in other counties, is that happening, I’m waiting for anyone posting about that, in all likelihood the Republicans are doing nothing.

The lack of election integrity is exactly why Lake and the others lost.
Where did it get Kari Lake and the other Republicans running for statewide offices in Arizona, all the time spent on election integrity took time away from border issue, Katie Hobbs issues, etc..obviously not enough people in Arizona cared about this issue to make a difference.

No. Obviously the election was stolen.
It might have been, but no court in Arizona has ruled in Kari Lake’s favor, keep repeating something that in the eyes of the law is not true, continued harping on this issue is a recipe for disaster.
It appears Kari Lake is going to run against Kyrsten Sinema for the Senate, the more she talks about election integrity and not the border, economy, Biden corruption, etc., the less of a chance she will have to win.
The problem with your theory is that in Gore’s situation, his concern’s were adjudicated. The legal system/judges punted Trump’s legal concerns and not because they weren’t legitimate.
Ignoring a problem, as you suggest, does not make it go away. It enables it and emboldens the wrongdoers. They will just do it again as a result. That is exactly what is happening now, only they have doubled down on their efforts b/c the matter was never properly addressed and discussed. At some point, all wrong doing needs to be confronted. If we ignored it and did as you say and only discussed Ukraine, etc. we may possibly “win” the election, doubtful, but maybe, but at what cost and what would we really be winning if we ran away like scared mice b/c the topic of election fraud is unpleasant? If the people at J6 didn’t attend b/c Trump kept mum, put his tail between his legs and let them all be victims of cheaters, what would be gained? In the American Revolution those who fought may not have died if they stayed home and let the enemy walk all over them. Is that what you are advocating?

Trump’s cases were adjudicated, all the way to the Supreme Court and they said no, whatever ruling they gave made it final, just like Gore when the Supreme Court which was a lot less conservative in 2000 than now stopped the counting.
You are reading things into my post that are clearly not there. Just like any war, there is more than one way to fight it, the problem with people like you is they only see one way to fight, which has proven to be a complete failure.
My point is, if Trump had conceded and spent the 4 years prior to 2024 bashing Biden, preaching about open borders, the collapsing economy, building the Republican party, etc. he would be in a lot stronger position now to win the general election.
Richard Nixon is a good example, credible evidence showed he was cheated in 1960, he conceded, came back in 1968 and won the next two elections. Nixon ran and lost the California Governor’s race in 1962 but keep building his strategy and made a remarkable recovery.
Nixon didn’t ignore the problem; he came up with a plan to defeat the Democrats.
None of Trumps’ cases were adjudicated.

This was a couple months after an election, when the blue side claimed it was all over, the machine’s votes had all been recorded and tabulated and gone though all the standard post election procedures. Where’s the potential harm and thus any standing if there were;’t any thread? No subsequent elections were alleged to involve those machines and in any case they’d be configured anew for subsequent elections.
Imagine if the situation was reversed and Biden or people from his campaign were allowed to examine the machines without Republicans being present, the uproar by Republicans and here on FR would be deafening.

If we counted the vote by hand there would be no machine to argue over the inner workings. It is actually quite easy to do.
