Where’s the potential harm and thus any standing if there were;’t any thread? No subsequent elections were alleged to involve those machines and in any case they’d be configured anew for subsequent elections.
Imagine if the situation was reversed and Biden or people from his campaign were allowed to examine the machines without Republicans being present, the uproar by Republicans and here on FR would be deafening.
