Georgia prosecutors investigating Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election results in the state are in possession of text messages and other communications that directly tie members of the former president’s legal team –including Rudy Giuliani — to a Jan. 7, 2021 voting systems breach, according to a Sunday report.
The messages could play a central part in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ grand jury presentation this week in connection with her election fraud case against the 77-year-old current GOP presidential frontrunner, who has already faced three criminal indictment this years.
“Just landed back in DC with the Mayor huge things starting to come together! Most immediately, we were just granted access — by written invitation! — to Coffee County’s systems. Yay!” reads a Jan. 1, 2021 text message in a group chat of colleagues from Sullivan Strickler, the law firm hired by Trump’s team to examine the voting systems in the heavily Republican county, CNN reported.

This prosecutor is a malicious criminal who has been running away from her original accusation for almost three years.
Trump asked the Georgia Secretary of State to find 12,000 ILLEGAL votes - pursuant to established Georgia election law.
When a Georgia resident moves to a new address, the Department of Elections must be notified of the new address within six months, or every vote AFTER six months is nullified.
Trump wanted to concentrate on the heavily Black Atlanta counties, and the Georgia Secretary of State refused to enforce state law.
No law was broken by Trump's request - except the nonfeasance of the Secretary of State!

There is a ton of evidence showing that the democrats breached the entire voting infrastructure and used that to cheat. That included access to machines when no one was present both before, during and after the election. But there methods are far more involved than just messing with machines.
And if Trumps team did anything then I would say that they were trying to prove the fraud.

NYPost usually has reasonable pieces. This was full of the adjectives normally only sometimes used in more artful MSM.
The GOP was trying to investigate…the results were so improbable. It was too late to “hack” the vote, but there’s nothing wrong with examining it.
They're playing the long game. First, ensure Trump earns the GOP nomination by riling up primary voters with an onslaught of frivolous charges while also sapping his campaign warchest in legal fees.
Second, after he loses the general election in 2024 (because, let's be real, Trump has no chance) the Democrat president, whoever that may be, coupled with a (D) Senate, (D) House, and the likely ability to replace two conservative SCOTUS justices in their mid-70s, will move this country to the left faster and further than we could've possibly imagined.
Trump was litterally “invited” to examine the voting machines in question!!!!!
