The United States must “finish” the border wall and “crush” cartels to protect the American people, Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) said during an interview with Breitbart News Saturday, contrasting himself with President Joe Biden and presenting some of the actions he would take should he make it to the White House.
The presidential hopeful, who recently visited the southern border, said the first glaring thing he noticed was that the wall is “incomplete.”

Second, I think he takes his orders from Graham, who has been begging for amnesty for years.
Third, questions to anyone from SC or pays attention to what this clown does/says: Was he supportive of Pres Trump's policies toward immigration? Did he support funding the wall when Pres Trump was asking for support for it? Or was he like Cruz, when Pres Trump said he wanted to shut down the border, and had a hissy fit on twitter instead of trying to talk to the President directly?
Fourth, amazing how people can support for people like Scott, Ramaswamy, etc when all they're doing is running their mouths, telling people what they want to hear. Scott.."I'll fire Wray and Garland"...I would hope those are the first two decisions one would make. Ramaswamy...."I'll get rid of the FBI"...how? And the sheep just eat up this verbal nonsense.
Unfortunately, the same could be said for supporters of the Father of the Jab, who suspended our Constitution.
It is all a charade.
Father of the Jab?
Do you mean VP Mike Pence who was the head of the Covid Task Force and who thrust Fauci, Birx, Collins and the rest upon us? Birx being the one that later, in her book, admits to lying and making things up.
Or was it someone else, whose name you won’t say for some odd, cowardly reason.
Of course, if you were in any position of government, at that time, when absolutely no one knew what was really going on, you would have been the lone voice of reason because you’re ‘oh so smart’.
And of course, you like to blame one person, not the Governor’s, county commissions, city councils, etc etc that went insane with power.
NOPE, it was all one person that did all that suspending.
Yes, 9YearLurker, knows it all.
DUH? oh, thank you Tim, (freaking idiot!)
Pence and Birx haven’t called themselves the Father of the Jab—and no, I’m not a coward.
I also don’t absolve the other pols and officials of their crimes.
What crimes?
You’re not going to crush the cartels unless you go full Teddy Roosevelt on them, crossing into Mexico and laying waste to things. Even then I’m not sure that would work like the “good ol’ days”.
Against humanity.
Kind of late. Maybe we can debate this for a couple more years while millions more flood into our country.
No urgency....just political theater.
Don’t forget Tim, we must apply the law.
We need to ‘wall off’ middle class money by permanent constitutional caps on property and income taxation on incomes small than the top government pay of a federal official.
A Huge Cheap Labor Express Puppet just like Linda Grahmnesty .
A wall is not enough. We need a DMZ across our southern border defended by the military, akin to the Korean DMZ. Also, no one is talking about removing the 20 million illegal aliens who are here! Our government doesn’t care about the needs of the majority. The super-rich, elutes, illegals & Democrat poor are taken care of - the rest of us are used, abused and seemingly powerless to elect true representatives.
Post 13 should read “elites”.
I had a low opinion of Scott. My opinion of him has gone up a couple notches upon reading this quote. Good on him.
Tim being on the wrong side of the cartels isn’t healthy but I applaud your thoughts even though most of congress wants and approves of cartel drugs flowing across the border. Double whammy Tim
The drug trade is those in government’s cash cow. Why would they stop it?
How many of those cartel members are on our side of the border?
In how many cities?
Every single illegal of every country of origin needs to get expelled.
You’re not going to crush the cartels unless you go full Teddy Roosevelt on them, crossing into Mexico and laying waste to things. Even then I’m not sure that would work like the “good ol’ days”.

To go all Pershing and Patton on ‘em.
MUTINY Milley is not up to the job.

I was thinking the other day...
Who has the bigger fist ?
DC or cartels ?
If so,
then who is really working for who ?
Every day my term
Washington District of Cartels
rings ever more true.
