In the meeting, the district told the parents that the male student would be allowed to compete on the team if the student meets Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association regulations, which requires male-to-female transgender athletes take testosterone suppression therapy for at least one year, NBC 26 reported. The school district’s transgender policy states that students should not be kept from participating in sports and that students looking to compete on the basis of gender identity will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
“The Green Bay Area Public School District cares about the well-being of every student,” the school district said in a statement to the outlet. “All decisions regarding a student’s ability to participate in co-curricular athletics/activities are made in accordance with Title IX law, Board policy, and WIAA regulations.”
Throughout the country, parents, school boards and lawmakers are debating whether sports teams should be separated on the basis of biological sex rather than gender identity; in Virginia, the high school sports authority announced that it will reject recent state guidance which requires sports teams to be separated on the basis of biological sex rather than gender identity. Republican Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a bill that prevents men from competing on women’s sports teams in college.
“I think it really reaffirmed the fact that they’re just not going to play,” Gusick told NBC 26 following the meeting with the district. “They’re too concerned mostly about the locker room situation in itself, and the safety concern.”

I was bussed to the worst part of town when I was in first grade. Within a week, 6th grade yutes would walk up behind us in the hallway or on the playground and rub their pelvises on the backsides of us first grade girls who were bussed in. We had all property stolen (crayons, pencils, books and snacks) and our lunches packed by our mothers were stolen as well -even though those yutes were getting free lunches.
I cannot name a single thing that the dems have positively created, built up or made better - every single thing they touch is destroyed.
They need to throw the people responsible for misusing taxpayer dollars on this gender denial crap in prison. It is aiding and abetting child abuse among a number of other crimes. Lock them up for life. No parole. Put them in the general population of the prison so they can be Bubba’s bitch.

I agree. It’s going to take lawsuits to really make a difference. Big,fat lawsuits that break the school’s wallet.
So can debating club, chess club, bands etc. There is no one size fits all and forcing kids to play a varsity sport when they have no interest in doing so and have other types of talent is abuse. I would not have put my kids in such a school. In fact Delbarton was a nonstarter for my boys on just that basis.
I have one son who did 12 years of competitive gymnastics, two others who did other non sport activities competitively.

When I was a kid, and not all that long ago, if a boy started identifying as a girl and wanted to be in the girl’s locker room, that would have ended both abruptly and permanently when dad found out.
One pervert male is the sole reason these girls can’t have a team. That just completely sucks.
The girls should “team up” and deliver a little social justice themselves.
Volleyball is a good guess. And having a male playing on a female height net is absolutely ridiculous — and dangerous.
I’ve played a lot of “reverse co-ed” volleyball, and guys were only able to attack from behind the 10-foot line. It was tons of fun.

I am wondering...if enough students are in private or home or alternative schools could the voters float a law that outlawed school taxes or drastically cut them? Could it be countywide? Or statewide? If it was a county could refrain from paying taxes that might start a push in that direction. Cripple the public schools.

Sue the high school; sue the Green Bay Area Public School District school board and superintendent; sue the Traitorcrat voters.
Parents need to pull the pimps on the school board and the administration of the affected school. Barring that, start a charter school. This evil must stop.
