Like many places, it all depends on which place of MO you are in. If you are in a ‘very diverse’ jurisdiction like St. Louis (I don’t know if the new prosecutor has gotten tough on crime) or K.C. maybe not too much will happen to the thieves. However in most places here they will be prosecuted.
