The federal judge overseeing the election conspiracy case against Donald Trump has agreed with his defense on a looser version of a protective order for evidence in the case

Chutkan rejected prosecutors’ broader protective order proposal that sought to prevent the public airing of all evidence they hand over to Trump’s defense as they prepare for trial. She instead seemed poised to impose a more limited protective order that would bar the public release only of materials deemed “sensitive,” such as grand jury materials.

This. Just like education. The right has done it to itself by the next generation not pursuing careers that protect their rights and liberties. There’s no balance in these institutions.

In California, the Left sold voters a bill of goods saying top two would moderate candidate extremism. All it did was shut out contrasting choice in the general elections. Now the state is a hopeless Democrat dominated cesspool even in the most traditionally Republican cities.

From what I can make out the recusal was in a case where Fusion was suing Toronto Dominion over keeping its records private. Her firm had represented Fusion.

Fusion isn’t a party to the current case.
