Morality and moral values may not be a voting matter.
But, voting and the political system, is how we make laws and policies in our country. We have to deal with that.

Correct. There are numerous issues to consider when voting. Maybe you vote for the candidate you dislike the most, or maybe you vote more for the part than the candidate.
Maybe you can’t stand our open borders so you vote for the pro-border candidate regardless of their other positions.
The border issue might not be a moral one but the future of our country and our children might hinge on it.
