This case shouldn't even move forward and be dismissed outright over the blatant prosecutorial misconduct displayed by the barbarians.

If memory serves, in John Grisham’s fictional book “Runaway Jury” the judge did the same thing.....it didn’t work in his book and I doubt it’s gonna work in real life either.

... which means of course that the only electronic recording of the courtroom dialog will be held by the state. Should a FOIA request for those recordings be successful, one will receive a sanitized digital rendering of the actual dialog. It will bear only a slight resemblance to the actual proceedings.
