Seriously. All their evidence is from the search, but the warrant for that search is invalid, so all the evidence should be excluded, and then there’s no case.
Or, the law they cited does not apply to a former President, so there’s no case.
Or, this is a case of selective prosecution of a political opponent, which is improper, so the case must be dismissed.

Exactly!!! Why hasn’t she dismissed this case? My goodness they’re blatant …she caught them red-handed, and she’s still going to let this sham of a trial continue? I am beyond outraged something needs to be done. The Oregon trial of the reporter who brought the suit against antifa is a mirror image of what is happening in our court rooms all over our country. Conservatives cannot get a fair trial anymore.
