Is there any good reason me as a white guy should give a rats ass if black folks wanna kill themselves and shoot up their neighborhoods? For one, I encourage this behavior and wish they would really ramp it up.
Washington D.C. Council votes to “reduce the maximum penalties for offenses such as burglaries, carjackings and robberies”
Those aren’t my words. Those are the words of the Washington Post, which just reported:
“The D.C. Council on Tuesday voted to override Mayor Muriel E. Bowser’s (D) veto of a major overhaul of the city’s criminal code, which city lawmakers had unanimously approved in November despite concerns from court and law enforcement leaders.”
“The bill would, among other things, eliminate most mandatory minimum sentences, allow for jury trials in almost all misdemeanor cases, and reduce the maximum penalties for offenses such as burglaries, carjackings and robberies.”
As long as those burglars, carjackers and robbers stay in Washington D.C., I hope they stay alive as long as possible, and give the voters of Washington D.C. exactly what they voted for.
Anyone else beginning to think that the deep state allowing cities to become crime ridden cesspools was the plan all along so they could deploy troops?
The DC Councilman should be told that as long as the Democratic Party exists there is no use sending in troops or cops because Democratic Party voters don’t support law enforcement. Period.
Most any thinking person could name 10 policies that would change DC overnight. The Dems would not and do not support any of them.
End the unconstitutional DC government.
Despite some hiring in the past year, the force had just over 3,350 sworn officers at the end of March, a net loss of about 450 over the past three years. Police Chief Robert J. Contee III said he expected the size of the force could fall to about 3,130 by the end of fiscal year 2024.
What happened three years ago that preceded this loss of 12 percent of their sworn officers?
"Defund the police!" they cried. The number of murders in D.C. this year has already surpassed the total in all of 2018.
Not saving they are, but, if they're smart they will stay. Lay in wait for all the well off, white, libs from the surrounding suburbs to come to work and meet. Pick them off one by one. Target rich environment with little to no downside.
Have any of these rescue efforts ever worked? Name one.
Fund the police and let them do their job.
Otherwise we end up with obama’s dream national police force, aka Stasi.

I think this is the whole point of no conviction for crimes, defunding the police and just the general lack of accountability of the big city governments. Get things to a point where things are so bad people will demand the federal government step in and take over policing with a federal police force controlled by the party in power in DC. Obama’s domestic ‘guard.’ Our very own Federales that take over the job of policing from locally controlled law enforcement agencies.
2) Close the revolving door. Prosecute and imprison criminals.
3) Investigate and prosecute criminals in government.
4) Really, (0): The People of Washington DC are responsible for this mess ... they habitually vote for gibsmedat Democrats. Clean up your act, People of DC!!!

I would like to see black people prove them wrong. I know it's possible ... from Mr. Justice Clarence Thomas to Mr. C. J. (a colleague) there's plenty of evidence. Come on, black people: You can do better.
When the National Guard isn’t “Federalized”, the Posse Comitatus Act doesn’t apply to it.
Does DC have its own National Guard? DC really needs to take care of their own problems. No Red State governor should ever send his troops to DC. Democrats caused this problem and Democrats need to fix it. Let the crime continue until the DC voters figure out who causes crime. That goes for every American hellhole city.

Nah, they’ve got all of their people in place and the looting is going great. Crime might irritate the outsiders but it’s just part of the cost of doing “business” to this gang.
Democrats create the cities they want. Pretending otherwise has become tiresome.
