I don’t get it obviously. Was it not just a proposal to make it so you need 60% to alter the State Constitution ? That seems reasonable, what am l missing?

Passing this bill would have made it harder to routinely make changes to the Ohio Constitution. Constitutional changes should be hard. We are now a step closer to Ohio providing a constitutional right to abortion to our residents. That is now scheduled to happen in November.
