Does that mean that Georgia cannot file a lawsuit against Trump?
Looks like the “election worker” is going to have to keep buying those Mega Millions tickets.
Nah, the law is in Fani Willis’ mouth.
I think tonight is the biggest jackpot they’ve ever had.
I guess I don’t understand probability very well, but it seems to me one has a far lower chance of winning on a pot like this than on the smaller ones - because so many more people are playing so many more numbers. But my husband says I’m wrong, so he bought one...
Some good news! Thank you.
I saw that the other day and wondered why nobody was saying anything about how it could impact Trump. Do his attorneys even keep up with the news? 🤣
The Hon. Michael E. Erdos is a judge for the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. Does anyone believe Georgia will agree with a ruling by a Yankee judge. /s
When will Trump's lawyers go the SCOTUS to stop these relentless and illegal prosecutions?
The cynic in me questions whether Trump's lawyers are truly interested in a quick resolution! Lawyers are paid by the hour. There is no $$$$$$$ in quick resolutions.
The rule is simple-- no mail in ballots or drop box ballots are counted unless they are in the courthouse by closing time on election day. These ballots get tabulated in front of multiple witnesses and observers before the in person precinct votes are counted.
The only exception is for a relative handful of ballots arriving later with legitimate overseas postmarks, mostly military. These typically number in the high two or low three digits in a county of our size.
Drop something off at 3 am and the only place it is likely to go is in the evidence locker.

The odds don’t change, but the higher participations makes it slightly more likely to have multiple winners. Statistically, it’s insignificant.
Oooh. Then maybe we can win and be set for life...
I don’t mind sharing; that’s too much money anyway.
The number of gamblers competing has nothing to do with one’s odds of winning.
The size of the payout, though, is affected by the number of winners.
Thanks.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court (made up of 6 democrats and 1 republican) decided by themselves with no legislative or public input to extend the vote counting by 7 days after election day.
This had never been done before, (state law statutes that all ballots must be received and cast by no later than 8pm on election day).
Not to be outdone by the power usurpation, the court allowed the democrat Secretory of State to accept ballots that were postmarked up to 3 DAYS AFTER election.
You heard that right. They allowed ballots to be received and counted 3 days after the election was over.
And the stinking media has the unmitigated gall to tell us there was no vote fraud.
This guy and his silly lawsuit is a walking advertisement for loser pays laws
What is “Presidential immunity”?
I said ... The steal is real!
Everyone knows, and it shows.
