No Peter not Adam Schiff is saying that the Democrats explanation for all the evidence is that it only proves that foreign nationals were paying for the illusion of influence. But Biden is on video boasting to Council on Foreign Relations to having actually strong armed the Ukrainians into firing the prosecutor who was investigating his son's employer. I recall seeing the video several times in 2019-2020 time frame and thinking that it was cringe inducing, much like everything Biden says.
