A federal judge issued a ruling ordering Donald Trump to respond to a protective order filed by the Justice Department that would block the former president from sharing details of evidence from his Jan. 6 criminal case proceedings.
In a court order filed Saturday afternoon, Judge Tanya Chutkan ruled Trump's legal team must respond to the special counsel's motion by Monday at 5 p.m. The order comes after the DOJ issued a court filing at about 10 p.m. on Friday, calling attention to a message Trump posted on his Truth Social account that prosecutors say raises concerns the former president may improperly share details about his latest criminal proceedings.

It probably will apply to both sides even though the prosecution will leak information they are not posting on social media
This order shows collusion between prosecution and the corrupt judge.
My point which we agree on is gag orders are not considered a violation of a defendant’s 1st amendment rights as many seem to believe
In this matter Trump is his on worst enemy and whatever he says can be used against him and and probably will
Poor Jack Smith. You need another layer of skin (a thick one this time).
But no. He’ll get a biased Obama federal judge to staple President Trumps mouth shut so there’s no dissent.
Thè only way that can actually happen is to withhold the check, in which case, there’s a personal penalty most people arent willing to pay. Not to mention other shortfalls in necessary services. And then it would take till next year before most of those checks would be written, and another year before budget committee tries to budget the lack.
I’d like to see the states withhold. There are supposed to be 50 sovereign states, each with power and authority of their own. It won’t happen, but your thought is a good one.
