My point is that the Neocons are too damn busy with Ukraine and Putin to waste what few weapons they have left on Africa. Russia wins this one, as they have the support of the people there, and we shot our wad on Ukraine.

The notion we can “control” all the events of distant, poor nations in Africa is typical of the self-importance, arrogance and stupidity of DC “planners.”
