My point is that the Neocons are too damn busy with Ukraine and Putin to waste what few weapons they have left on Africa. Russia wins this one, as they have the support of the people there, and we shot our wad on Ukraine.
I don’t think the Russians had the support of the people. What brought it about is that the president of Niger did not keep the top general happy. He was going to fire him. Russia made a better offer to him.
