The NHS Tavistock Clinic had been promoting transgender hormones and surgeries on children for decades; however, Tavistock was successfully sued by a detransitioner, and was closed. This article says the NHS has set up a program of treating children with mental health therapy instead of rushing them into transition.
The headline "trans treatment" refers to emotional and health therapy. NHS is not even going to allow children below the age of seven to receive any treatment labeled "gender", for fear of affirming the child's delusion. They will receive counseling.
Meanwhile in the U.S., transgender ideology in schools and healthcare systems remains widespread, government mandated, promoted and in many ways funded by the Biden administration.
