To be fair, the DOJ has no authority to investigate allegations of “voter fraud” that are based on violations of STATE election laws. From what I have seen, all of the strongest cases that could be brought on Trump’s behalf involve state election law violations. This is why it was imperative for those state legislatures to get involved back in 2020.

Agree! And I think they USSC was trying to say state legislatures do your duty. Unfortunately some of the state legislatures like Pennsylvania, Georgia and in 2020 Michigan were controlled by old corrupt many termed Republican Bulls who couldn’t be bothered. Too many voter don’t view voting of their legislatures as serious; that was taken advantage of! The thing that annoys me is the USSC was willing to step in and set aside the legislatures prerogative on voting when it came to race which was necessary. To me its equally discriminatory to have ones right to vote and vote annulled by fraud!
