But where’s that cost delta coming from?
Your utility didn’t suddenly experience a 50% reduction in operating expenses.
So if you and your neighbors are paying less via billing, who’s paying the utility the difference?
The state?
The Feds?
How much ya wanna bet it’s actually you, just via alternate channels?
