Pence will be forced to testify under oath. First the defense must be given access to those notes. They will examine the handwriting or the device on which they were recorded. Just when were they written? Did Pence write them himself or were they dictated to someone ? If so who? Were they edited? If Trump’s lawyers are any good Pence will look like a fool or commit outright perjury. The cross examination will destroy the government’s flimsy case. Pence is slime. However he underscores just how bad Trump is at judging people and selecting associates.

By pence making these statements, he is proving that he wants Trump to go to jail.
Pence is tainted. Clearly he was the Judas in Trump’s midst. He probably did not start out that way. But the swampers worked on him. Each general telling Pence how important it is that nobody question them. As they want to sell weapons around the world. As they want to have bio-labs around the world. As they want to fund bad guys around the world. Pence that he was in with the cool generals doing good. And yet he became part of the problem. You can liken him to Patty Hearst. Not someone we need in office.

Pence, Swammy, Christie, et al are only in this for the primary draw-off of delegates to President Trump so that he can’t get the nomination on the first GOP Convention Vote.
The collective plan is to effect that and to engineer rules changes that will deny him the nomination. GOP leadership will do anything and everything it can to make that happen.
