I don’t know enough about this to give you a worthwhile comment.
Seems like the right thing would be for the courts and DOJ to honor everyone’s Constitutional rights, including Trump’s, but DC has become Planet of the Apes for human defendants.
I enjoy hearing him spar with Larry Tribe, who’s always left resorting to ad hominem attracts because Dershowitz obliterates all his arguments.

That’s not how either the Constitution or the Supreme Court operate.
