I read the indictment last night. It’s 45 pages of the prosecutor writing that Trump lied. If politicians lying was a crime, there wouldn’t be any politicians.

As I read it, the Prosecutor says that Trump obstructed a proceeding. I am not sure that is going to be an easy thing to prove. Regardless of the reasons for the events of that day, Trump was not there. He did not personally impede anything. Refusing to make a statement is not a crime.

I am not Trump fan...but this seems to be as weak as the NY charges.

This will all be dismissed because of the First Amendment which protects bold speech and credible reliable absolute proof of voting fraud.
