I think it comes down to “proving” the election claims were false. And they “knew” they were false.
They will parade out the states AGs and the DOJ folks to say that the Trump claims were not proved and they could not find the election problems.
Trump will bring in folks to say the aberrations are too large to ignore.
It will make for exciting reading. But, the prosecution will try to make the defense arguments look “crazy” and “unhinged.”
In the end, you will be trying to make this complicated case in front of a jury of DC residents. Good luck with that.
