18 U.S.C § 241, “Conspiracy Against Rights,” includes a penalty of up to 10 years in federal prison. But it adds that if death results from the actions covered under this provision, the offender may be executed:
If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or
If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—
They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

You are correct.
All of those charge happened while DJT was in office. The remedy for them is Impeachment. Done 2x. This amounts to double jeopardy at best. IMHO
We're not doing that because the DOJ and FBI are captured operations of the Democrat party. They will never go after Democrats. Weaponizing government departments against rivals is standard practice for Democrats. Recall the use of the IRS against conservatives in years past. The bad eggs in the IRS never faced prosecution. We also have a weaponized EPA and Dept of Labor now. The unaccountable bureaucrats are used as a taxpayer financed gestapo.
This charging like the others before it cam the day after major facts on the Biden Crime family hit the media.
So the whole Biden Crime family reporting amounts to yelling ‘squirrel’ and ll the attention goes to these false charges, and Biden is just a footnote, if that.
And it is working ... people are believing that DJT is some sort of hardened, evil criminal and will not vote for him in the 2024 election, not that it will make any difference anyway; the 2024 election was lost in 2020.
Michael Byrd executed Ashli Babbitt without just cause. It is Byrd who should be prosecuted for first degree murder.
Absolutely! By Byrd getting away with it, that opens the door for government troops to quell any protesting.

A pardon for a non-crime. I wouldn’t plan Trump if he accepted that, but it would signal the complete surrender of the American people. Most would shrug, not a care in the world.

But, to take it to an extreme, what if he committed murder. Impeachment would remove him from office, but it would not address the criminal act. That would take a follow up indictment a prosecution.
Impeachment is a political act. Criminal courts are for criminal acts.
According to the Constitution criminal acts in office are covered by Impeachment. Criminal courts are for civil offenses and cannot be charged for ‘crimes’ which are enumerated in the constitution. Charging again is double jeopardy.

Can anyone point to a article that will tear apart each of these 4 charges? Like why they are skewed, out of context, etc?
They don’t have the manpower to try and ruthlessly control the entire nation physically and replacement weapons for what has been squandered in Ukraine aren’t coming soon.
They are inviting a guerilla conflict that will last years. Things will break down in a hurry. They can try to control the cities but the gangbangers and innercity youths raised with no moral guidance will be hard to control without lethal violence applied to them. Every one will be open to be accused to be a “insurrectionist”. Farmers who can grow things will sit on their hand or only grow enough to feed their own. Illegal aliens will wish that they had stayed in their own countries as America doesn’t have a year round growing season assuming seeds to grow thiungs could be found.
Love will indeed grow cold!
I don’t think the powers that be can even reliably trust thier soldiers to perform against Americans as well.
