I’ve been getting notices left and right from my HOA recently about code violations. The codes are very ambiguous and are at the inspector’s discretion. Not cutting my grass,grass clippings on my sidewalk,and garden retaining wall not cemented in place, these are the stackable blocks that don’t need to be cemented in place. I questioned the warnings, and they were dismissed. Friday night I got a warning that my back porch had to be power washed. I called a company and someone came to look at it. He was amazed the HOA cited it. I turned him around and showed him my back door with a Trump sign in the window. He nodded his head and said that explaines why you are getting all these code violations.
When I moved south....a cop stopped me and said get rid of those NY plates as soon as you can.
My negro next door neighbor, eff’n Marxist, government employee, piece of chit ratted me out. She even wrote an illiterate letter and left it on my door. Then I was visited by the township police. They were actually cool about it. I explained the situation and he met my pup and everything was fine. I’ll never do a favor for my neighbor or the HOA again. They are on some personal vendetta about all dogs in the neighborhood. A bunch of neighbors I have talked to while walking my pup have had similar problems.
Other problems I’ve had with the HOA has been pressure washing complaint from the HOA inspector when I was waiting to actually replace my deck. No way in hell was I going to pressure wash a deck that I was replacing. Then there was “illegal” plants that I planted without seeking approval. They were marigolds last fall. Christ, these people don’t have anything better to do.
