It may have been on here, but I saw an article where fire departments in Europe (I believe) are bringing open tanker trucks and have cranes to pick up the EV & submerge in water.
the hybrid batteries are much smaller than ev batteries. which is also why on some models people just buy new packs and replace them, themselves, and the hybrid basically runs at top form again.
