Some people don’t have enough adversity in their lives, they have to go out and invent some.
But adversity can have some really immense multiplier effects. Be careful how much adversity is unleashed. A little, keeps people alert and provides great situational awareness. Too much, though, comes back to bite us ALL in the gluteus maximus.
