Former President Donald Trump has vowed to continue his 2024 White House run even if he is convicted and sentenced on criminal charges.
Trump made the promise during a Friday appearance on "The John Fredricks Show," a pro-Trump radio program, when asked whether his potential conviction would terminate his second bid for the White House.
"Not at all. There’s nothing in the Constitution to say that it could," Trump said. "Even the radical left crazies are saying, ‘No, that wouldn’t stop!’ And it wouldn’t stop me either."

DC kangaroo DOJ and jury, likely kangaroo judge too. I am not giving up either. They will try to take his name off the ballots in swing states. We'll see.

St. Paul referred to himself as God's "Ambassador-in-Chains" in Ephesians 6:20. A powerful statement and image!
It looks like Trump is getting Biblical!
He's got my vote.

States can't make up their own constitutional requirements for presidential eligibility. Eugene Debs ran for president in 1920 while in prison.

Funny.. the Dark Side has spent so much time and energy corrupting the law in order to stay out of the big house, while locking up its enemies on trumped up charges and then throwing away the key.
American Man named Trump comes along and,
“Trump vows to run for president from prison...”

There’s a certain kind of people who can’t be cursed.

If they try to put him in prison the Secret Service has to be there too. They might end up putting him under house arrest at Mar-a-Lago. That would be election interference.

If Trump was in jail and still running, it would mean he’s a convicted Felon, I wonder if any states have laws saying, convicted Felon can’t run for public office, thereby removing his name would be in line with the law.
In the very unlikely event this were to happen, the Republican Party could remove him as the nominee and replace him on the ballot and he would have to run as an independent, good luck getting on 50 state ballots as an independent in just a few months.

Constitution? Hasn’t stopped them from doing anything so far. Not like it matters anymore. Just an old piece of paper, really.

That would prove that the party is completely worthless, and the entire nation would be headed in the same direction.

States can make all the laws they want regarding their own governor and local officials, but they can't change the requirements for US president and legislators as determined by the US constitution. The courts have confirmed this multiple times in the past 250 years.
