FAKE NEWS!!!

The truth is Fox News owned that footage in the video and was going to rightfully sue Aldean if he didn’t remove that copyrighted material.

Aldean had to comply with the law.

Sounds right. There’s a fair use exception to news copyrights, but it applies to use for political commentary, not to for-profit use.
