The very case referenced by the OP is the definitive case on the matter. Wong Kim Ark.

Wong Kim Ark was never declared a “natural born Citizen” in the Supreme Court case. He was declared a Citizen via the 14th Amendment. If a statute has to make one a Citizen, that’s not a “natural born Citizen”.

The law is clear that people born here to parents who are not U.S. citizens fall under the law of their parents' country/countries. Start with the children who are born here to ambassadors or their staffs. They ARE NOT U.S. citizens by birth.

Well, yes there is, but it's all wrong. The best evidence demonstrates they are wrong.

But nobody cares. They look at court cases over 100 years after "natural born citizen" was put into the constitution and think that answers what it means.
