McCain, the son of NBC parents was in a foreign land, because his parents were and on military duty. That's a completely different kind of case!

Any child, born to two NBCs, in a different nation, due to the parent or parents serving in the military, becomes an NBC, once the parents apply for it through the American embassy in that country!

Cruz was NOT eligible for that distinction.
