Hunter Biden's plea deal has appeared to collapse in a stunning turn of events in a federal court in Delaware.
The president's scandal-hit son has said 'yes, your honor' when asked by the judge if he was going to plead guilty, and admitted he's been to rehab six times in 20 years for addiction to drinking and drugs.
But then the judge demanded a recess when an agreement between prosecutors and attorneys for the president's son appeared to fall apart.
He said he was first treated for alcohol abuse in 2003 and was last in an in-patient facility in 2018, but insisted he's been sober since 2019 when warned he faces random drug testing under the conditions of his release.
Prosecutors recommended probation for Hunter for not paying between $1.1 million and $1.5 million in federal taxes in 2017 and 2018, despite his substantial income from Ukrainian and Chinese energy companies.
They also scolded him for continuing to 'spend wildly' on his lavish lifestyle while he had the funds to pay back what he owed.
Hunter could have faced up to 12 months in prison for the tax crimes, and ten years for lying about his crack cocaine addiction on a federal form when buying a gun.

Hunter LYING to the Judge is what might have made the plea deal fall apart.
From a more recent post from NBC by Freeleesy, “Prosecutors told the judge no more charges are expected against the president’s son.”
If that is true, why the holdup? I suspect the whole thing is to muddy the waters to hide the defense removing the prosecutors filing. Also puts more pressure on Joe not to run.
These things tend to happen when your chosen bag man is a drug-crazed, hooker-loving scumbag.
When the dust settles, the Big Guy will pardon him.
This present administration has done so many evil things, there has to be consequences like that for them. They can NOT kill all of us. They can NOT kill enough to scare the rest. They can NOT kill enough of us to "set an example". I believe the failure to teach the history of that war and the failure to teach history in general is a major factor in people in this country not realizing how big the problem is now. Also, the huge failure is not going to worship services, studying the Bible, learning to live correctly with the correct values and which REALLY reveals the problems with evil people AND civil government. Waiting...waiting...waiting...for it to get bad enough for people to wake up. What is it going to take?
Then when the judge pointed out that if there are more cases there isn't a deal, the prosecutors said there are no more potential charges.
The DOJ got hoist by its own petard.

Well, DOJ thugs are checking with the stupid bimbos and pretentious 'men' of the the press, Washington Post and New York Times and MSNBC to see if they can pull this off... MSNBC says they're ready to do their part to destroy the judge, FBI is researching - and those who sold out to the cartels are looking for hit men.
(Ok, maybe it's not quite that bad yet...)

Investigation is ongoing. Then statute of limitation can not be applied for case to continue.
