My thought is there are many “leaders” we count on who are compromised and therefore neutered. They are manipulated by the fear induced by self-delusion. It points out the extent of the problem we face as people attempting to maintain a Nation. There’s lots of hard work ahead of us. People are being forced to live the lie or confront the lie. The purification process is under way. BTW, it takes faith to do the work.

I think is simpler than that. The GOP Senators are corrupt and some are pedophiles. The FBI has videos of them. Just like they did under Hoover. They will do what they are told
