Hunter Biden Heads to Court: What to Know...President’s son to plead guilty to tax charges, avoid gun charge under deal judge will vet

Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, is set to plead guilty Wednesday to two misdemeanor charges of failure to pay taxes in 2017 and 2018. He also is expected to avoid prosecution on a separate felony gun-possession charge of illegally possessing a firearm as a drug user.

The deal with federal prosecutors, which heads off what would have been a politically explosive prosecution while Hunter Biden’s father campaigns for re-election, marks the culmination of a yearslong investigation by the U.S. attorney in Delaware, David Weiss. Weiss was appointed by former President Donald Trump and has remained in office under the Biden administration to see through the criminal inquiry into the president’s son.

Here’s what to watch for from Hunter Biden’s appearance at a federal courthouse at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Delaware.

Will the judge sanction the plea agreement? U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika is widely expected to approve the plea deal. But given the high-profile nature of the case, legal observers said the judge, whom Trump nominated to the bench in 2017, is likely to ask a lot of questions about the agreement, in part to make sure the public knows she has fully vetted its terms. Republicans have decried the plan as a sweetheart deal for the Democratic president’s son.

It is rare but not unheard of for a judge to press attorneys on how they came to the terms of a plea agreement. Noreika could also seek to know more about the government’s decision to forgo the gun prosecution in favor of diversion. Under such agreements, prosecutors generally forgo pursuit of a charge if defendants submit to other training or treatment programs.

Sweetheart deal, most likely accompanied by some stern words from the judge.

Hunter must remain drug free for two years. So anyone with a reporter’s background would ask, how will he be tested, by whom, and at what intervals. Crickets.

It looks like “gun control” isn’t going to apply to drug addicts and members of corrupt government crime families.

Nonprofit Marco Polo put emails from Hunter’s laptop online
and wrote a 630-page report summarizing its contents.

<><>MP famously said that judges are not obligated to accept plea deals
even if prosecutors and the defendant agree on them.
<><>that the plea deal, if accepted, makes a mockery of the phrase ‘slap on the wrist,’
<><>it will also send a sobering message that nepotism and proximity to political power determines outcomes in our criminal justice system.

MP found evidence for, at the very least, 459 violations of
state and federal laws and regulations on Hunter’s device as follows:
<><>140 business-related crimes,
<><>191 sex-related crimes,
<><>128 drug-related crimes.

These instances of criminal wrongdoing are supported by primary source evidence: emails, photos, videos, text messages, audio files, et al.

The plea deal for consideration is so meager that the phrase ‘limited hangout’ does not describe the situation.”

A “limited hangout” is a public relations technique in which someone who wants to cover up something major admits to a very small portion in order to claim that the issue has been put to rest.

“Stern words from a so-called “judgey” are meaningless these days. “Judges” are bigger clowns than their ambulance chasing brothers.

The Department of Justice is thoroughly corrupt. In fact no rational decent person trusts the American government. Never forget that the Pelosi, Romney and Kerry sons were part of the Hunter corruption web in the Ukraine. Notice that McConnel is not pressing for the prosecution of these lowlifes. The Federal government is corrupt bcause these “leaders” are corrupt. Yet they don’t exist in a cultural, political or social vacuum. Much of the American population has embraced amoral decadence, hedonism, widespread drug use and abortion, mindless celebrity worship and neopaganism. Such corruption florishes in such rot.

The fix is in and Hunter will skate.

And the entire country will know that some animals are far more equal than others.

Here Are All The People Who Have Corroborated Biden Family Corruption
Federalist ^ | Jul 25, 2023 | JORDAN BOYD
Posted on 7/25/2023, 10:14:52 AM by Red Badger

Dozens of people from all political parties, industries, and walks of life, not just Republicans, have corroborated Biden family corruption.

The corporate media’s blackout on the ongoing Biden corruption investigation continued this week despite the publication of an unclassified document detailing President Joe Biden’s alleged involvement in an international bribery scheme.

The propaganda press didn’t just ignore Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley’s sharing of the bombshell FD-1023 and the FBI’s ongoing attempts to stonewall its debut. Some outlets actually went out of their way to downplay the years of evidence accumulated in the Biden bribery investigation.

The New York Times, which wasted no paper on the FD-1023’s publication on Thursday, alleged in a Sunday article that the IRS whistleblowers who testified to the House Committee on Oversight and Accountability last week were the products of a well-crafted campaign by Grassley’s allies.

The headline, “Former Republican Aides Shepherd Whistle-Blowers Through Congress,” appears to suggest that the whistleblowers were harnessed by Republican-linked groups such as Empower Oversight in an attempt to take down the president and his family. In reality, the brave bureaucrats who had tried and failed for years to raise alarms about partisan Biden protectionism in their own agencies turned to Republicans because they appeared to be the only people who would lend them a listening ear.

In reaching out to Republicans, these whistleblowers risked their jobs and felonies. Yet, the NYT had the audacity to adopt the Biden administration’s framework in insisting that their testimonies were “orchestrated” instead of organic products of the partisan rot plaguing American agencies. In fact, the article goes so far as to claim that House Republicans “have struggled to surface proof of any misconduct by the president despite months of effort” — a claim that’s completely unfounded.

The NYT wants its “criminally misinformed” readers to believe people like a gay Democrat bureaucrat are pawns propped up by Republicans who want nothing more than to see Joe fall from power. But it’s not true.

Dozens of people from all political parties, industries, and walks of life, not just Republicans and their pals, have corroborated the Biden family corruption arc. Corporate media are obviously so frustrated they can’t find any discrepancies in the stories that sully their preferred presidential candidate’s reputation that they are turning to lies and smears.

Here is the wide-ranging list of witnesses who have confirmed the president’s participation in an international bribery scandal is legit....at web site.
