Sorry, not 7yo, 9yo.
My dad walked into the sliding glass door to the back yard when the news anchor said that you could see the command module as a tiny dot passing in front of the moon. He was taking a bite of pizza at the same time.
We laughed for a long time after that. The glass didn’t break.
